1. Service Structure & Delivery

FastContent.biz offers content creation services based on a credit system. Clients purchase credits and may redeem them for content deliverables. All content is delivered within 24 business hours from the time of approval, unless otherwise specified.

2. Credits & Payments

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Credits do not expire, but rollover policies and bonus structures are subject to change at any time without notice.

Credits may only be used for services offered at the time of redemption and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.

FastContent.biz reserves the right to adjust pricing, credit value, and service offerings at its sole discretion.

3. Revisions & Delivery

Each content order includes a limited number of revision rounds, specified per service type. Additional revisions beyond the included limit will incur extra charges. Content is considered accepted if no revision request is received within 5 business days of delivery.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment and completion of service, the Client is granted exclusive rights to the delivered content. FastContent.biz retains the right to use anonymized samples for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

FastContent.biz does not guarantee any specific performance, engagement, or financial result from the use of content provided. The Client assumes full responsibility for how content is used and distributed.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FastContent.biz be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount the Client paid for the specific service in dispute.

7. Dispute Resolution & Legal Fees

The Client waives the right to arbitration and agrees that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Nevada. In the event of any dispute or legal action arising from these terms or services provided, the Client agrees to pay all legal fees and costs incurred by both parties, including attorneys’ fees, regardless of the outcome.

8. Termination of Services

FastContent.biz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any client account or cancel services at any time, with or without cause. If termination occurs due to breach of terms, any remaining credits will be forfeited.

9. Modifications

FastContent.biz may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is the Client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the full agreement between FastContent.biz and the Client and supersede all prior understandings, written or oral. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further waiver unless made in writing.

11. Marketing Communications

By engaging with our site or services, you consent to be contacted by Fast Content LLC, its subsidiaries, and authorized marketing partners for promotional and informational purposes.

These communications may include:

- Marketing and promotional emails

- SMS or text messages

- Phone calls (including pre-recorded or automated messages)

- Retargeting ads or digital outreach

- Any other system used by Fast Content LLC or its partners to deliver marketing content

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:
